Updates and information shared in this community must be posted with care and authenticity, as they will be selected and transformed into educational content for students using VADAI in schools.

This ensures that students receive quality knowledge to prepare for their futures. The quality of these updates is crucial, as it directly impacts the students’ educational journey.

VAD Squad members will share updates on innovations, industry insights, and opportunities every Saturday and Sunday morning as a habit of goodwill of contributing to the future of the Nation.

Benefits
As a Non-Profit Community, We will host networking events, like mixers, to facilitate opportunity sharing among members, categorized as givers, seekers, or neutrals. Some members will also have the chance to host bimonthly webinars for thousands of students.
VAD Squad Program:
VAD Squad members submit insights every Wednesday and Saturday.
Insights can include industry news, rising demands, new tools, or trending ideas.
Members are paid for webinars and student career reviews.
Webinars and reviews can also be hosted on other days.
Group messaging is only open during submission days.
Leaderboards are updated twice a week and shared publicly.
Top scorer at the end of the month wins a prize (cash, gadgets, etc.).
Leaderboard resets every two months.
New members are added every Friday with a short orientation.
Initial recruitment focuses on IIT alumni and student clubs.

1 point for each selected insight
2 points for adding a new VAD Squad member
5 points for successful student review
10 points for successfully hosting a webinar
